Thank you for shopping with the real roblox rug.
All rugs sold on our store are currently offered as preorder items and are paid in full at checkout to reserve your piece.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Preorder Information
When you place a preorder, you are purchasing an item that is not yet ready for immediate shipment.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Full payment is collected at checkout
- Production begins after your order is placed or during our active production cycle
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or carrier issues
Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page.
2. Processing & Production Time
All preorder rugs require a production period before shipment.
Estimated production timelines:
- Production: 30-35 days
- Shipping transit: 15-20 days
Total estimated delivery timeframe:
- Approximately 2 months from countdown end.
Please note:
- Production timelines may vary depending on demand and manufacturing schedules
- Orders may ship sooner than estimated
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States ONLY
We do not currently ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
If free shipping promotions are offered, they apply only to eligible regions and order types.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- a shipping confirmation email,
- tracking number,
- and carrier information.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after label creation.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately depending on:
- production timing,
- warehouse availability,
- or carrier limitations.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
7. Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays can occur due to:
- manufacturing delays,
- material shortages,
- customs inspections,
- port congestion,
- weather,
- or carrier disruptions.
TRRR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates via email.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- contact us immediately at rugswithstuds@gmail.com
- address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, TRRR is not responsible for:
- lost packages,
- stolen packages,
- or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:
- contact us asap
- include photos of:
- packaging,
- shipping label,
- and damaged item.
We will review each case individually.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because preorder production is planned in advance, order modifications or cancellations may only be accepted within a day of purchase.
After this period:
- orders may already be allocated to production,
- and cancellation requests may be denied or subject to fees.
